What are the venue rental hours?

Venue hours are 5pm to 12am. Additional hours may be arranged — extra hour without DJ: $150/hr; extra hour with DJ: $300/hr.

What amenities are included with every ballroom?

All venues include security, cleanup, concessions, a private dressing room, slideshow screen, and ceiling drapes. A complimentary Event Timeline and Event Planning Book are also provided.

How much does it cost to book a ballroom at Garcia Event Centers?

Saturday Gold packages start at $8,295 (Crown Jewel, up to 160 guests) and go up to $19,995 (Bandera Event Center or Lucky Ballroom, up to 420–560 guests). All prices include sales tax. No service fees are charged.

What is included in the event packages?

All packages include the ballroom rental, security, cleanup, decorating (linens, centerpieces, chair covers), and catering with iced tea. Higher tiers (Platinum, Diamond) add DJ/MC services, LED visual effects, photo booth, decorative backdrop, and full-service catering. Packages are all-inclusive and tax is included.

How many guests can Garcia Event Centers accommodate?

Garcia Event Centers has 9 ballrooms ranging from 160 to 560 guests. Crown Jewel seats up to 160; Le Rose up to 200; Ironwood up to 240; Marquis up to 270; Golden Ballroom up to 300; Unique up to 304; Bandera Event Center up to 420; Callaghan Ballroom up to 462; Lucky Ballroom up to 560.

What types of events does Garcia Event Centers host?

Garcia Event Centers hosts quinceañeras, sweet 16s, weddings, wedding receptions, proms, military balls, graduation parties, corporate events, scholarship dances, holiday parties, award banquets, and other special occasions.

Can I make monthly payments?

Yes. A minimum monthly payment of $200 is required. Payments can be made over the phone, in person, or through the online portal. The full balance is due 30 days before your event. A $650 down payment is required to reserve your date.

Can friends and family help pay for my event?

Yes. Garcia Event Centers offers a unique Sponsor Link feature — you can send a payment link to friends and family so they can contribute to your event balance through the online portal.

What credit cards do you accept?

Garcia Event Centers accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. There are no transaction fees. Note: credit card, debit card, and personal check payments are not accepted within 30 days of the event date.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

If the ballroom is re-booked, you are eligible for a refund minus the $650 down payment and 30% of services. Cancellation refund requests must be made within six months. One postponement is permitted if requested at least six months before the reservation date, in writing.
