At Garcia Event Centers in San Antonio, Texas, our showroom experience is designed to make planning your celebration simple, inspiring, and stress-free. Our showroom features a broad selection of styles and colors, giving you endless possibilities to design a memorable celebration in one of our elegant San Antonio ballrooms and party venues. When you schedule your showroom appointment, you’ll meet one-on-one with our Creative Coordinator to personalize your event décor. During your visit, you’ll be able to select from our wide variety of centerpieces, linens, runners, overlays, and décor options to perfectly match your vision and theme.

Showroom appointments are available Thursday through Saturday only, and availability is limited. Late appointments and Saturdays often fill up months in advance, so we strongly encourage you to schedule as soon as possible to secure your preferred date and time. Before booking your showroom visit, please note that appointments are limited to three (3) people, including the guest of honor. For Quinceañeras and Sweet 16 events in San Antonio, a dress deposit is required prior to scheduling your showroom appointment.
