During your tasting, you and up to two additional guests — including the contract holder and Guest(s) of Honor — will enjoy a curated sample plate featuring small portions of selected dishes from our in-house catering menu. Our featured menu items rotate, giving you the opportunity to explore a variety of flavors and options crafted for weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, and private celebrations.
Upon arrival, you will receive a form to provide detailed feedback and finalize your entrée selections and enhancements. Our experienced Reservations Team will be present throughout the evening to guide you through your options, answer questions, and ensure every detail aligns with your vision.
To further elevate the experience, our professional DJ teams may be performing, allowing you to immerse yourself in the energy, sound, and atmosphere that define events at Garcia Event Centers. Select menu features may also be available for sampling during our exclusive Expo events throughout the year.
